    I specialize in strength training, injury rehabilitation, mobility work, kettlebells, Olympic lifting, and HIIT-style workouts. I'm also expanding into kickboxing to provide a dynamic, full-body workout for clients looking for something different. My goal is to offer personalized and effective training that meets your individual fitness needs. 

  • 2. Do I have to sign a contract for membership?

    No, all memberships at Sargent Fit are flexible and contract-free. You can sign up for a monthly membership and adjust it as your needs change. Whether you want 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, or just access to fitness programming, I offer options without long-term commitments.

  • 3. Do you offer outdoor training?

    Yes, I provide outdoor 1-on-1 training sessions and group classes when the weather permits. Outdoor sessions are great for those who enjoy training in a more open environment, and I adjust them to match your goals, whether it’s strength training, HIIT, or mobility work.

  • 4. How does nutrition coaching work at Sargent Fit?

    I offer monthly nutrition coaching that focuses on education, guidance, and support. Instead of strict meal plans, I provide personalized nutrition guides and recipes to help you make sustainable, healthy choices. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge you need to fuel your body effectively for your fitness journey.

  • 5. What recovery options are available?

    At Sargent Fit, I emphasize recovery as an important part of your fitness routine. I have access to a network of chiropractors, massage therapists, and physiotherapists. Additionally, I offer in-house recovery options like an infrared sauna, ice bath, and hopefully soon, a massage chair to help you recover faster and avoid injury.
