  • Each month, I’ll work closely with you to build on the foundation we created in your assessment, offering tailored guidance to fit your goals and lifestyle. Through weekly check-ins and targeted tasks, I’ll help you stay accountable, overcome challenges, and make progress at a pace that feels manageable.

    What’s Included:
